Individual psychology sessions
Individual psychology sessions provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of your mental health difficulties. Following assessment your psychologist will be able to provide you with recommendations about the most appropriate treatment to help you.
Individual appointments are generally 50 minutes long. You can attend in person or via Telehealth.
Why wait?
We understand how hard it can be to take the first step to access treatment and we want to help you get started as soon as possible. We can offer a brief two session intervention whilst you’re on our waiting list. Our APT-2 Program (Assessment, Planning and Treatment) can provide you with a timely assessment, guide you to plan your next steps in treatment, and provide you with tools and strategies to get you started with your mental health intervention.
Contact our friendly Reception team if you’re interested to get started on this program.
